In case of strong winds or heavy swell, we reschedule the nautical adventure or offer an alternative inland experience. Please note that weather conditions can change faster at sea than on shore.

Absolutely. On private cruises through the canals of Empuriabrava, the water is generally calm and smooth. On open-sea routes, even with modern and stable boats, mild motion can occur. If you are sensitive, we recommend a light meal and anti-motion-sickness support around 30 minutes before boarding.

Our boat programs focus primarily on scenery and relaxed Mediterranean moments, so a fixed full meal is usually not included. However, partners often welcome guests with small treats such as savory tapas bites, seasonal fruit, or sweet pastries. We suggest having a light lunch beforehand or bringing your preferred snacks.

On most routes, chilled mineral water, soft drinks, or a glass of local Cava are available to complete the Mediterranean vibes.

At sea, it often feels cooler than on land because of wind exposure. Even in summer, we recommend bringing a light windbreaker or cardigan. Sun protection is essential due to water reflection, so sunscreen, sunglasses, and a secure hat are strongly advised.

For your safety and teak deck protection, please wear soft, light-colored soles (for example boat shoes or clean sneakers). High heels and dark rubber soles are generally not allowed, as they may damage deck surfaces. On many boats, barefoot comfort is also common and welcomed.

Yes. Our sea experiences can be wonderful for children. On open-sea departures, we provide properly sized life jackets and ask parents for close supervision throughout navigation. The canals of Empuriabrava are especially calm, making them ideal for younger guests.
