For bus tours, the process is fast and automated. Your reservation becomes active and final immediately after full online payment (100%) of the selected program fee. Once the transaction is successful, you receive an automatic confirmation with all key details.
Bespoke experiences follow a more personal workflow. You can submit your request via our website form or by email. A SpainAura specialist then contacts you to refine your needs, and the program becomes final once the tailored proposal is accepted and the invoice request is settled.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain fair and proportional to real, pre-arranged costs, in line with applicable Spanish law. Travelers may withdraw at any time; the applicable penalty fee depends on cancellation timing:

We strongly recommend cancellation (storno) insurance, which may cover these costs in case of illness or force majeure.
Yes. SpainAura offers flexibility: you may transfer your participation right to a third party, provided that person meets program conditions. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before departure so we can process the necessary updates.
Premium services - such as private transfers, museum admissions, and secured local partners - involve substantial advance costs that become non-recoverable as departure approaches. Penalty fees are structured to remain proportional to these justified costs.
