All SpainAura services are billed and settled in Euro (€). If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank will apply the daily exchange rate. For exact conversion details, please consult your issuing bank.
Card payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment infrastructures. We accept all payment methods supported by Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Absolutely. SpainAura never stores your card details. Transactions are encrypted and processed directly through Stripe’s secure checkout interface, in line with the highest international security standards.
Yes, but bank transfer is available only for Mediterranean Therapy® and selected bespoke private tours or events. If you prefer transfer, please indicate it during booking and our team will provide the invoice request and banking details.
As this is a complex retreat requiring advance preparation, payment is split into two stages: deposit - a defined part of the total amount is due at booking to secure your place; balance - the remaining amount must be settled before program start, by the contract deadline. This structure gives you planning flexibility while we secure your position in a limited-capacity group.
Yes. We issue an electronic invoice for every payment and send it to your registered email address. If you require company billing, please provide accurate invoicing details during the booking process.
No. We operate with full transparency. The confirmed price includes every element explicitly listed in the program description, so you can focus solely on the experience with no unexpected add-ons.
Stripe is a global payment infrastructure used by leading international companies. No registration is required on your side: payment is as simple as any standard online card checkout. Security is enterprise-grade (PCI DSS Level 1), meaning your banking data is encrypted and handled directly between your bank and Stripe. You can also pay via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
